Tips for Cruise Ship Passengers

Drinking water- Some ships have strict rules around water bottles. We recommend that you bring an empty water bottle with you off the ship. You can fill it up prior to the tour. All bikes have a water bottle holder.

Clothing- Tours will run in all weather, so come prepared. The Otago Peninsula can be colder than the port. Bring extra clothing, if you don't require the clothing, you can leave it in the van while on the tour.

Getting off the ship on time-  If your ship is arriving close to the meeting time, get in line early! Queue at least 10 minutes prior to docking to ensure you are one of the first to get off.

Cruise Ship Delays and/or Cancellations

If a ship is unable to dock on the day, there is a full refund minus 5% administration costs. If a ship is late or postponed, we will wait or reschedule the tour to accommodate.

We strongly advise all cruise ship passengers to read our terms and conditions.
