cancellation & Refund policy

To be considered for a refund, you must notify us in writing that you wish to cancel by emailing no later than 24 hours prior to the start of your tour. If you do this, you will be receive a refund of 75% of the total tour cost.


Tours will not be cancelled due to bad weather, you can opt to postpone your tour to a later time or date, if there is availabilty. If you decide not to attend the tour on account of the weather this will be considered a no-show and not eligible for a refund.

Ship Cancellation

If you have booked and paid and your ship cannot berth at Port Chalmers, you will be refunded 75% of the price paid. If your ship is delayed or postponed, we will wait for you at the port until you arrive.

Postponing a tour 

In the event you wish to change the time and/or date or your tour, you must notify us in writing by emailing As long as there is space available on the alternate date, then there will be no charge.
