cancellation & Refund policy

To be considered for a refund, you must notify us in writing that you wish to cancel by emailing info@offtrack.co.nz no later than 24 hours prior to the start of your tour. If you do this, you will be receive a refund of 75% of the total tour cost.


REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER

Tours will not be cancelled due to bad weather, you can opt to postpone your tour to a later time or date, if there is availabilty. If you decide not to attend the tour on account of the weather this will be considered a no-show and not eligible for a refund.


Ship Cancellation

If you have booked and paid and your ship cannot berth at Port Chalmers, you will be refunded 75% of the price paid. If your ship is delayed or postponed, we will wait for you at the port until you arrive.


Postponing a tour 

In the event you wish to change the time and/or date or your tour, you must notify us in writing by emailing info@offtrack.co.nz. As long as there is space available on the alternate date, then there will be no charge.
